💰 REFUND POLICY

1. General Refund Terms

• Fees paid for any course, registration, or certification at OMEGA COMPUTER EDUCATION & SPOKEN ENGLISH are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional conditions as outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted under the following situations:
✅ Institute Cancellation: If the institute cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students may receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch.
✅ Duplicate Payment: If a student accidentally pays fees twice, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
✅ Medical Emergency: In case of a severe medical issue preventing a student from attending the course, a partial refund may be considered (medical proof required).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

🚫 Fees will not be refunded in the following cases:
❌ If a student chooses to drop out after course enrollment.
❌ If a student is expelled due to misconduct or violation of institute rules.
❌ If a student fails to attend classes or complete coursework.
❌ If a student does not meet the required attendance criteria for certification.
❌ If the course has already started or completed.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or at the institute’s office.
